Exhibitor InformationLocation – Exhibits will be held in Rio Grande ballroom of the Hyatt Regency San Antonio, 123 Losoya St., San Antonio, Texas 78205 phone 210-222-1234. Date and Time – September 30, 2010 – Exhibits open at 5:00 PM. a. Move-In and Set Up begins at 2:00 p.m. Set-up must be completed by 4:00 pm. b. Exhibits open at 5:00 pm and close at 7:00 pm. c. Exhibits must be disassembled immediately after the close. Food and Beverage a. A light buffet will be served during the Exhibits. b. A cash bar will be available during the Exhibits.
