Mission Statement

NAPM- Texas Panhandle's mission is to serve the needs of our members by creating an educational and professional environment, promoting C.P.M. Certification, and developing community recognition of Purchasing Professionalism.


NAPM - Texas Panhandle, Inc. has provided over fifty years of organizational leadership for purchasing professionals in the northern Texas panhandle. Established as the Purchasing Agent's Association in 1945, it has evolved to become the progressive, professional association of today, with 38% of its membership holding C.P.M. certification.
