This is a critical service message regarding your use of Job Watch: First and foremost the purpose and spirit of the Job Watch is network real and honest information regarding employment opportunities and service companies that help people secure employment. Regrettably, from time to time, false job postings are received or listed on-line and used in two unethical ways. First the individual or company is searching for business by "Back Door" solicitation in order that they might refer unknowing individuals to employment opportunities in order to collect a referral fee, and second to illegally collect personal information from unsuspecting job seekers. The placement of such false job postings is a violation of ethical standards of I.S.M. and goes completely against the spirit of helping others. It raises a real ethical question regarding individuals or companies who participate in such use and may also be a criminal violation of federal and/or state law. The Employment Services Committee is dedicated to stopping this abuse and providing the safest possible environment for you to search and apply to jobs and manage your career.
